Ways to Support Your VSO

$90 for 90
Launched by our North Country friends Steve and Sharon Card, this special initiative celebrates the VSO’s 90th birthday with a gift of $90 per person in honor of our 2024–25 season.

The Annual Fund
The VSO’s Annual Fund supports every corner of our organization, providing the flexibility to direct resources where they are needed most—from concerts and education programs to behind-the-scenes operations. A full list of our annual fund donors can be viewed here.

The Fermata Society: Sustaining Giving
In music, a fermata signals a note to be held. At the VSO, the Fermata Society is our community of monthly donors who provide steady, ongoing support. Gifts of any size make a lasting impact. Learn more about the Fermata Society here.

The Bravo Society: Leadership Giving
Our Bravo Society honors annual gifts of $2,500 or more. These generous donors play a vital role in shaping the VSO’s artistic vision and future. A full list of our Bravo Society donors can be viewed here.

The Legacy Society: Planned Giving
Legacy Society members have included the VSO in their wills, trusts, or other estate plans, ensuring that music continues to thrive for generations to come.

The VSO Endowment
Endowed gifts support the Symphony in perpetuity—funding everything from orchestral chairs and guest artists to education initiatives and artistic leadership. Learn more about our endowed funds here.

Seats for Soldiers
Each year, the VSO proudly offers more than 300 complimentary tickets to members of the Vermont National Guard and their families for our Holiday Pops performances in Barre and Burlington. Funded by generous businesses and donors, this program is one small way we show our gratitude to those who serve.

In Honor & In Memory
Gifts made in honor or memory of loved ones are a powerful way to celebrate their lives and love of music. These meaningful contributions honor lives well lived and help continue a legacy of music for future generations.

Thank you to all who help sustain the music.
